William & Matilda Webber (nee Jackman)

I have been researching the Webber family since November 1999. I am searching for descendants of William & Matilda Webber (nee Jackman) who came to New Zealand from England on the ship named the Mataura in November 1875 with 6 of their children. After arriving in New Zealand William & Matilda settled in New Plymouth were William who was a London "Bobby" (Policeman) became a rope maker and owned his own small business. They remained in New Plymouth where they had 3 more children. It is reported that William made the first hanging ropes for the New Plymouth prison. William died on 31st August 1903 and Matilda on 7th May 1926, they are burried together in the family plot at Te Henui Cemetery in New Plymouth.
